CCCless/CCless/Cless Star Road Runs

If you're not familiar with the terms:

CCCless = Collecting all stars possible without using caps, cannons, or collecting any coins.
CCless = Collecting all stars possible without using caps or cannons.
Cless = Collecting all stars possible without collecting any coins.

I've started these challenges by making a CCCless file. So far, I've managed to collect 66 stars. There are some things I would like to point out though. I found out that once you unlock the Replica Stars, it unlocks them for all 4 game files, not just the one you're playing on. My question to you guys is: Should we be allowed to collect them for these challenges (provided you follow the rules for each respective category) if they're already unlocked? Another issue is that at this point in time, you need to use a cannon to get to the final area of the overworld. Obviously that won't affect coinless runs, but it will affect the other 2 categories. So we need to find a way around that. I assume it's possible with TAS, but let's try to think of ways to make it doable non-TAS as well! Here's some problems I've encountered while trying to collect stars:

In course 5, Gloomy Garden, there are coins surrounding the gravestone, so it is not able to be pushed. Thus, only 2 stars are collectible at the moment. Perhaps there is a BLJ somewhere that can go through the cage where the pipe is.

In course 12, Cloudrail Station, I'm having issues with 2 of the stars; Fluffy Castle Climb and The Frozen Cloud. According to SM64 CCC rules, you ARE NOT allowed to collect ANY caps. However, in Fluffy Castle Climb, you "need" the wing cap boxes activated to climb up them. You do not actually collect a cap at any point. With TASing, you can actually just BLJ to the star from the long elevator ride as it's heading upward. For The Frozen Cloud, it is possible with TAS as well. I *almost* got to the blue/white platform with a BLJ on the elevator non-TAS, but it's very difficult and requires some seriously lucky timing and button mashing. So for the first one, I haven't collected it yet (don't know if I should hit the wing cap switch), but it is possible rather easily without a cap, cannon, or coins, and for the second one, the TAS method I linked *might* be possible non-TAS, but very difficult to do in real time.

All of the other stars  through course 13 that do not involve red coins or 100 coins are doable CCCless.

I'm also having a problem with secret stars, specifically MIPS. You can BLJ on the bridge and get into that little boxed area fairly easily with TAS, but I haven't been able to (or even come close) in real time.

Once I'm confident about the amount of CCCless stars collected, I will copy that file twice and move onto Cless or CCless.

Edit: I got The Frozen Cloud with Rene's method non-TAS! That's 67!!

Edit 2: I'm going to go keep looking for a way to get Fluffy Castle Climb without the wing cap boxes. If I can't find one soon, I'll probably go ahead and press the switch.
