Your ROM should be the NTSC version of Super Mario 64. You may not use the JAP version of the game, and you may only use the PAL version when playing on console.

Whats wrong with using the JAP rom it's the same as the US rom except the writing is in japaneese
For example, in Shigeru's Non-TAS Competition, Japanese ROm is required, because it has programming differences. For example, the star is placed in a different place in the transition from talking to the mother penguin. Also, maybe some of the text is longer or shorter, which matters. There's other things that are different too. Why would you want people to play with a different ROM anyway? It's so unofficial and nooby to have everyone using a different ROM.

If you need a task idea, here's one: enter THI and ride the koopa shell AND KILL KOOPA, then get the tip top of tiny huge island star. You must enter wrigglers cave where the 8 red coins are located. You must kill koopa before you ride on the shell.

I dont know, like acomplish two or less subtasks, as break a box or get a cap or something else.
for example, in wf get a box an then grab the star "shot in to the wild blue" but without drop the box.
Devin just to know I personaly think you give realy long tasks that are hard to acomplish see nahoc get the star ..... you can doo ... or you canot ...... or get the star whilie ....... etc. I mean it souldnt be that long I mean it is good if you can do it in 15 secs or less not fora how minute 
just skip that task and give another one or give another on it idk just what we need is faster tasks

I can get to the moving pendulum-like thing super fast, but have to wait. Yes, I can go on that yellow thing, but it's random as fuck. I had fun raping until that part though, I was probably like 5 seconds ahead lol. Have fun guys.
